Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. Free Standard Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive, not including weekends and holidays.
Expedited Shipping: For customers who need their orders sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days. The exact cost and estimated delivery time will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and customs processes. On average, Standard international shipments take 10-30 business days. Priority shipping takes 3-5 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
2. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at Sales@thebrandrevenir.org with your order number and tracking information. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement shipment if necessary.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY:
At Revnir, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened products. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive a return shipping label
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
